Position Overview

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will oversee a team of associates including cooks, bartenders, and cashiers, ensuring smooth daily operations of the resort's Food & Beverage outlets. Responsibilities include staffing, inventory management, compliance, guest service, and employee relations. The role requires adherence to food handling and safety standards, daily product and service inspections, and cash handling oversight.

Responsibilities

1. Supervise and support Food & Beverage staff during shifts.
2. Ensure compliance with food safety and kitchen standards.
3. Perform daily inspections of food and service quality.
4. Oversee cash handling procedures and invoice processing.
5. Assist with staffing, inventory control, and guest service.

Qualifications

• Current local State Health & Alcohol certifications, including food handling and OSHA.
• Cash handling experience.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in Food & Beverage.
