The Oaks Club at Valencia is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join Arcis Golf in Valencia, CA. This role oversees daily restaurant and banquet operations, trains staff, and collaborates with events to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction.

You will manage scheduling, maintain high standards for food and beverage quality, and address guest concerns with a proactive, team-oriented approach. This is a fast-paced, guest-focused position with opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant and banquet operations and ensure top service.
• Train and supervise staff to uphold club standards.
• Schedule and manage day-to-day food & beverage activities.
• Maintain high food & beverage quality, presentation, and service.
• Address guest concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
• Assist with inventory and supplier orders.
• Implement cost-control measures and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with events team for banquets and special events.
• Ensure setup and breakdown meet guest expectations.

Food and Beverage Supervisor

Location: OAKS CLUB AT VALENCIA, VALENCIA, CA

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team and contribute to the success of our dining operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily restaurant and banquet operations to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Train and supervise staff to deliver a high level of service that aligns with the club's standards.
• Schedule and manage the day-to-day activities of the food and beverage team.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.
• Address customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
• Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders for food and beverage supplies.
• Implement strategies to control costs and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with the events team to coordinate and execute banquets, weddings, and special events.
• Ensure all aspects of events, including setup and breakdown, meet or exceed customer expectations.
