Job summary

Arcis Golf Valencia is seeking an Assistant Golf Professional to support day-to-day golf operations and promote an exceptional experience for members and guests at Valencia Country Club in Valencia, CA.

Responsibilities include overseeing golf operations with the Head Golf Professional, managing bookings, pace of play, and developing tournaments and instruction programs while training and guiding staff. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Level One golf certification or greater required.
• At least 2 years of college or equivalent experience preferred.
• Golf operations background and instruction experience.
• Excellent communication and people skills, and customer service experience.

Compensation

Pay range: $16.90 – $30.00 per hour.
