Senior Lifestyle in Park Ridge, IL is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Team Member to provide quick, pleasant service to residents and guests, coordinating with the kitchen and ensuring needs are met.

No previous experience is required; comprehensive food safety training will be provided, and you will work in a supportive team focused on hospitality, excellence, appreciation, respect and teamwork.

Qualifications

• No experience is required; training will be provided.
• Food safety training is required to obtain and/or hold any local, state, or county licenses.
• Clear and effective English communication is required.
• Basic computer skills are needed for POS and payroll systems.
• Ability to make independent decisions when warranted.
• Ability to handle problems and adapt to varying situations.

Responsibilities

• Accept food orders, communicate with the kitchen, and deliver to residents and guests promptly.
• Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.
• Active bussing and resetting of tables, plus completing assigned side work.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors and coworkers.
