You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment with a team, handling setting up, POS transactions, and closing duties while maintaining a polished appearance and hospitality focus. Weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have an outgoing, social personality.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Positive attitude and guest-service passion.
• Ability to work in high-volume environment with a team.
• Restaurant or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Able to stand and move at a fast pace, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality service to all guests with friendly conversation.
• Complete set up, side work, and closing duties.
• Know menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation.
• Promote teamwork and maintain a friendly, safe work environment.
• Process payments and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Maintain neat, professional appearance as an ambassador.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
