Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking friendly, energetic teammates to engage customers with food and beverage sampling and to drive sales. The role offers a starting pay of $20.00 per hour, with 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends, and the opportunity for growth within the company.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training and team support are provided. Additional hours may be available, and benefits options can be customized to meet teammates' needs.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic, outgoing demeanor.
• 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand up to 6 hours.
• Capable of preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area/equipment.
• Reliable transportation to/from work location.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Works independently and as part of a team.
• Safety‑first mindset in a retail environment.

Responsibilities
