Qualifications

• Strong teamwork, communication, and guest service skills.
• Previous catering, banquet, restaurant, or bar support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers food to restaurant/dining room patrons in a timely, professional, and efficient manner.
• Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
• Interacts with customers to assure customer satisfaction.
• Interacts with co-workers to assure compliance with service standards.
• Completes side work as assigned.
• Transport food, beverages, supplies, and equipment to event and service locations.
• Restock bars with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, glassware, and other necessary supplies.
• Assist bartenders with setup, replenishment, and breakdown of bar operations.
• Ensure catering stations, bars, and storage areas remain clean, organized, and stocked throughout events.
• Retrieve and return equipment, product, and service ware as needed during service.
• Support event setup and breakdown, including tables, bars, beverage stations, and related equipment.
• Maintain compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards.
• Provide prompt assistance to team members to ensure efficient event execution and guest satisfaction.
• Perform general cleaning duties and assist with inventory organization and restocking.
• Other Duties As Assigned.
