Job summary

Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa in Hawaii is seeking a Foods Receivers Associate to manage daily inventory, verify deliveries, and support kitchen operations. This role involves coordinating with Sourcing and Vendors, ensuring accuracy in the Food Management System, and maintaining proper storage and sanitation standards.

The position requires English literacy, ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs, and flexibility to work shifts including third shift.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including third shift.
• Experience with food and beverage inventory is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Count and order products daily.
• Update data/SKUs and complete food inventories.
• Provide management with food management reports.
• Maintain inventory levels to meet demand.
• Ensure products arrive on time and verify deliveries.
• Assist checking in deliveries of food, liquor, wine and non-food items.
• Reconcile and pay invoices; track credits.
• Research and source items from various vendors.
