East West Hospitality’s Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa in Avon, CO is looking for a Food & Beverage PM Support Staff to assist Colletta’s servers and bartenders and keep the guest experience seamless. If you’re energetic, team‑oriented and take pride in great service, we want to meet you!

You’ll deliver meals promptly, maintain clean dining areas, and help reset tables. You’ll support bartenders, stay flexible, and contribute to a smooth operation in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately while keeping service flowing.
• Keep dining areas clean, organized, stocked, and ready for guests throughout each shift.
• Reset and prepare tables so every guest walks into a polished, welcoming space.
• Support bartenders with stocking, glassware, bar setup, and maintaining an efficient work area.
• Anticipate what the team needs and jump in wherever you're needed to keep operations moving.

As a Food & Beverage Support Team Member at Colletta , supporting servers and bartenders to keep service moving and the guest experience seamless. Your Role Includes:

Employment Type: Part and Full Time Seasonal and Year Round!

Schedule: 1:00pm - 9:00pm or 4:00pm - 11:00pm

This is a fast paced environment which requires the ability to stay on your feet for hours at a time and walk with pace. You will also be expected to be able to carry trays and plates of varying sizes and weights.
