Responsibilities:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations to enhance guest experience and ensure associate safety. Maintain cleanliness and setup, and help conduct menu classes and taste panels.
• Oversee servers and Dining Room Attendants to ensure optimal appearance and guest care, attentive to guest needs.
• Establish and monitor sidework and manage the cash bank.
• Ensure clear communication between shifts, keep informed of previous shift activities, and convey relevant information for the next shift. Manage staffing needs and inform the manager of special events, house counts, and noteworthy situations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with 1-2 years of cash handling experience.
• Host and serving experience is beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; second language is a plus.
• Ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
• Experience with purchasing and point of sale systems.
