Responsibilities include:
  • Assisting the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations to elevate guest experience and ensure associate safety. Ensuring restaurant cleanliness and setup. Assisting with menu classes and taste panels.
  • Overseeing servers and dining attendants to ensure optimal appearance and guest care, attentively responding to guest needs.
  • Establishing and monitoring sidework and managing cash flow.
  • Ensuring effective communication between shifts, keeping informed of previous shift events, staffing needs, and special situations.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with 1-2 years of cash handling experience.
  • Experience in hosting and serving is helpful.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
  • Experience with purchasing and point of sale systems.
