Job summary

Montage International’s Food & Beverage Manager at Montage Deer Valley leads strategic and operational F&B operations across outlets, including room service, restaurants, banquets, pool, and kitchens. You will drive profitability, ensure high service standards, and develop key leadership talent.

The role requires strong leadership, excellence in guest experience, and the ability to manage costs, sanitation, and compliance, while delivering WOW moments and upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of prior Food and Beverage supervisory or management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prepare and analyze data and figures using computer-based tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of food and alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership of food and beverage concepts.
• Drive hotel profitability through revenue generation across outlets (rooms, restaurants, banquets, pool, kitchens, stewarding, retail).
• Maintain guest service standards and high-quality food presentation.
• Oversee staffing, training, and development of leadership personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation policies and local laws.
• Resolve issues with management and staff promptly.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs.
