THE TEAM

The mission of the Food & Beverage Department is to deliver Everyday Luxury through unique, engaging, fun, and shareable food & beverage experiences.

Aritzia is growing and our Food & Beverage team is growing with it. You will play a pivotal role in leading the café to deliver extraordinary client experiences by creating world-class beverages, as well as managing transactions, services, and the service counter to create memorable moments. THE ROLE

As the Manager, A-OK Café, you will lead the team to:

  • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
  • Lead a high-performing Café team
  • Deliver an Everyday Luxury experience for our guests
  • Facilitate a world-class café offering for our guests
  • Uphold the standards of operational excellence

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Manager, A-OK Café, has:

  • Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in:
    • Experience in a similar role
    • Food Safety Certification
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $31-45/hour.
