Job summary

Granite State Gaming & Hospitality, LLC seeks a Food & Beverage Manager to lead both FOH and BOH operations in Rochester, NH. You will oversee staff, budgets, policies, and marketing initiatives to drive efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years in high-volume F&B, ServSafe/Allergen/Chokesaver certifications, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of F&B management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• High school diploma or GED; culinary/management certifications preferred.
• Current ServSafe Food Manager, Allergen, and Chokesaver certifications.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining service standards.
• Excellent communication and team development.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement operational policies and goals.
• Hire, train, and mentor FOH and BOH supervisors, and staff.
