Job summary

Tijeras Creek Golf Club – Rancho Santa Margarita, CA is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead all F&B operations and guest service at the club. You will coordinate with the Executive Chef, supervise banquet staff, and ensure food quality, service standards, and cost controls across all events.

The role requires 1–2 years of banquet/F&B supervisory experience, strong communication, flexibility for evenings/weekends, and a passion for member and guest satisfaction.
