Take ownership of the financial aspects of operations related to the role, while creating a work environment consistent with our values.

Your Growth Path: Food and Beverage Director

Your Focus:

  • Interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support associates, ensuring they perform according to brand or hotel standards and HHM core values.
  • Monitor product quality and guest satisfaction, ensuring food quality is consistent, appealing, and prepared according to recipes and guest specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards.
  • Maintain attractive and appealing facilities.
  • Deal effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Ensure all equipment is operational.
  • Participate in marketing efforts.
  • Interact with guests for feedback.
  • Manage inventory and supplies.
  • Abide by regulations regarding alcohol service.
  • Follow sustainability practices related to HHM’s EarthView program.
  • Practice safe work habits and follow OSHA standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Background and Skills:

  • Prior management experience in restaurants required.

  • Varied work schedule, including holidays and weekends.
