Job summary

Pleasant Mountain in Bridgton, ME seeks Food & Beverage Line Attendants to provide friendly service in the lodge cafeteria. You’ll greet guests, assist with food prep, and help ensure a clean, safe dining area during busy shifts starting at 6AM, including weekends and holidays.

No prior experience required; we will train the right person who is dependable, punctual, and eager to learn. Must be at least 16 years old and ready to join a fun, seasonal resort team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Related experience preferred but not required. Will train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Be on time, respectful, and dependable.
• Respond to guests' needs promptly.
• Take direction from supervisors or chefs.
• Understand basic culinary terminology and principles.
• Maintain sanitation, according to health and safety standards.
• Prep foods according to recipes and kitchen standards.
• Handle kitchen cutlery safely.
• Label, date, and store food items properly.
• Prepare line items in a timely manner.
• Keep a clean, sanitized workstation.
• Follow grooming standards and wear a clean uniform with nametag.
