Haig Point is seeking a Food & Beverage Director to lead all dining operations on Daufuskie Island, SC. This role will focus on elevating member and guest experiences through strategic leadership and financial discipline.

The ideal candidate combines strong operational leadership with warmth, professionalism, and a passion for service excellence. You will oversee budgeting, cost controls, and cross-department collaboration to deliver memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of food & beverage management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; or five (5) years of equivalent hospitality training and experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead culture of hospitality and exceptional member service.
• Develop and manage food and beverage operating budgets; monitor revenues, expenses, labor, and costs.
• Oversee daily F&B operations and ensure quality, consistency, and service excellence.
• Oversee catering, private events, and member functions with professional contracts and billing processes.
• Maintain inventory controls, purchasing, receiving, storage, and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with culinary team to enhance menus and beverage programs.
