Job summary

Arcis Golf's Fox Meadow Country Club in Medina, OH seeks a Food & Beverage Director to lead all F&B operations, drive guest satisfaction, and achieve financial goals. You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, develop annual plans, and partner with other departments to deliver exceptional experiences.

The role requires proven F&B leadership, strong communication, and meticulous operational planning, with a focus on service quality and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food and beverage or Chef leadership role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for selection, development and retention of talented food and beverage staff.
• Ensure financial targets are being met and appropriate accounting procedures are followed.
• Oversee food and beverage operation, providing excellent guest service.
• Review guest and member requests and concerns to determine a plan of action.
• Create and execute short and long term operational and financial plans for the F&B department to improve quality and financial results.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively between all departments.
• Ensure compliance with national programs such as Core Beverage Program, Menu Program, Approved Product List, Beverage Cartender program.
