Join our team as a Food & Beverage Concession/Beverage Cart Attendant at Golden Horseshoe Clubhouse

Position overview: Upon hire, you will enter a probationary status, working up to 40 hours per week. After successful completion, you may become benefit eligible. Your role involves providing excellent service to golfers on the course, answering questions, selling sandwiches and drinks, and maintaining stock levels.

Essential Duties:

• Serve golfers on the course to exceed expectations.
• Answer guest questions about the golf course and facilities.
• Sell sandwiches and beverages to golfers.
• Maintain proper stock levels on the refreshment cart.

Requirements:

• Seasonal position, typically through December; limited schedule in January and February.
• Valid driver’s license issued within the last 30 days; new residents must obtain a Virginia driver’s license within 30 days.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years old.
• Previous bartender and cash handling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of golf is helpful.
• Flexible schedule, including early mornings (as early as 6 a.m.) and late evenings (up to 9 p.m.).
• Availability to work holidays and weekends.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent verbal and public contact skills.
• Ability to work independently and serve guests efficiently.
• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Physical ability to bend, lift, and transport up to 50 pounds.
