Wilderness Resort in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin is seeking a hardworking Busser to prepare food for guests in quick service dining outlets and to support a fast-paced dining team. This is a full or part time position with morning, night and weekend availability. You will help with plating, table turnover and maintaining a spotless dining area.

The Wilderness Resort is seeking a hardworking, dependable, enthusiastic, customer service driven individuals to join our fast-paced team! Employees have access to great benefits, amenity usage, and so much more!

The Busser is responsible for preparing food for guests in the quick service dining outlets.

This is a full or part time position with morning, night, and weekend availability.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.

• The Busser will work with a team of hospitality management professionals and is responsible for food service fluidity and environmental aesthetics through a constant watch of tables, interiors and plating in a restaurant setup.
• The Busser is responsible for lightening the load of all wait staff, when there is an influx of service requests by processing payment, maintaining the quality of food service, order taking and plating for each table.
• Wear proper uniform / nametag at all times.
• Organized tables efficiently without making noise.
• Serving water and refilling glasses as and when needed.
• Cleaning the dining area and serving stations.
• Assisting janitorial staff with trash removal.
• Assisting in cleaning up spills.
• Greeting guests with / in the absence of the hostess.
• Making suggestions about menu selections when asked.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked and presentable work environment.
• Handling customers' queries and concerns efficiently.
• All other duties as assigned by management.
