Job summary

Pinehaven Farm in Wyoming, Minnesota, is seeking skilled Cooks and Bakers to join our fall food service team. You’ll prepare high-volume, crowd-favorite items using commercial kitchen equipment including fryers.

Ideal candidates are 18+, experienced with fryers/grills, able to work days and nights, weekends, stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and maintain food safety. We offer competitive hourly pay plus bonuses, free farm tickets, and weekend lunches.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Experience operating fryers and grills in a food service setting
• Available to work days and/or night shifts, including weekends
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Familiar with proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Dependable, team-focused, and able to work in fast-paced conditions

Responsibilities

• Efficiently prepare and serve short-order items such as Chicken Tenders w/fries, Corn Dogs, Cheese Curds, and Mini Donuts at our concession stands
• Ensure all food is cooked and served according to safety and quality standards
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety
• Monitor food inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Keep work areas clean and ensure all food items are properly stored
• Work efficiently under pressure during high-volume times
• Support food service team in set-up and close-down of stands

Pinehaven Farm is looking for skilled, reliable, and hardworking Cooks and Bakers to join our food service team this fall season. You’ll be responsible for preparing high-volume, crowd-favorite items using commercial kitchen equipment including fryers.
