WE LOVE OUR WORK.
  • Providing helpful, positive, and professional interactions with guests and coworkers, including taking orders, accepting payments, delivering food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness of dining areas.
  • Monitoring and replenishing food products, stocking counters and displays neatly and accurately.
  • Maintaining a clean and sanitized work environment by wiping counters, beverage stations, sinks, and floors.
  • Ensuring food quality, proper storage, and safe holding temperatures to minimize waste and spoilage.
  • Collaborating with the culinary team to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining equipment such as cappuccino machines and micros stations.
  • Meeting or exceeding sanitation standards (ServSafe certification).
  • Following safety, regulatory, and departmental policies, supporting safety and accident prevention programs.
  • Presenting oneself professionally and encouraging team excellence.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
  • Checking IDs for guests under 30 years old as required.
