• Interact with guests and co-workers professionally and positively while taking orders, accepting payments, delivering food/beverages, and maintaining the dining area.
• Monitor and replenish food products, stock counters, and displays neatly and timely.
• Keep work area clean, sanitized, and organized during shifts.
• Ensure quality and safety of food products, proper storage, and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain equipment properly, including coffee machines and POS systems.
• Meet or exceed sanitation standards (ServSafe) and adhere to safety policies.
• Support safety programs and proper conduct.
• Present yourself professionally and promote the company's image.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Check IDs for guests under 30 years old as required.
