• Menu Mastery: Know every menu item and special to confidently answer diners’ questions.
• Careful Documentation: Record mealtime transactions according to Civitas policies & procedures.
• Community Engagement: Interact with residents and guests and respond to their dining needs.
• Safety First: Ensure compliance with sanitation, food handling procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Adherence to Excellence: Follow all food and beverage protocols and procedures in alignment with our mission.
