Civitas Senior Living’s Legacy Oaks of Midlothian invites you to join a caring team as a Food & Beverage Attendant / Server. You’ll welcome residents and guests, take orders, and deliver meals in a warm, team-oriented dining room.

No late nights, steady scheduling, opportunities for training and promotion, and benefits like Next Day Pay, health/dental/vision, and education reimbursement. Experience is a plus but not required, and a positive attitude goes a long way.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience in food service is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Waiting, taking orders, setting and bussing tables, serving, and ensuring a pleasant dining room appearance.
• Kitchen collaboration: dishwashing, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Record mealtime transactions according to Civitas policies & procedures.
• Interact with residents and guests and respond to their dining needs.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation, food handling procedures and regulatory requirements.
