Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Augusta, GA is seeking a part-time Food & Beverage Attendant to deliver orders and support guest experiences in a vibrant entertainment center.

You will learn the menu and promotions, relay updates to guests, ring up sales, maintain cleanliness, and promote responsible alcohol service in compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional).
• Proven customer service experience preferred.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guests’ food & beverage orders.
• Work with lane servers and kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and swift.
• Learn our menu, promotions, and weekly specials and relay them to our guests.
• Accurately ring sales for all Food & Beverage.
• Help keep the centre clean.
• Promote responsible alcohol sales and service and comply with all local regulations.

WHAT OUR FOOD & BEVERAGE ATTENDANTS/RUNNERS DO

Our Food & Beverage Attendants/Runners take and fulfill food and drink orders (sometimes liaising with a lane server/captain, sometimes going directly to the guest) and do their part to help maintain the overall cleanliness of the centre and ensure the guest experience is the absolute best it can be.

A FOOD & BEVERAGE ATTENDANT/RUNNER’S DAY-TO-DAY

• Deliver guests’ food & beverage orders
• Work with lane servers and kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared accurately and swiftly
• Learn our menu, promotions, and weekly specials and relay them to our guests
• Accurately ring sales for all Food & Beverage
• Help keep the centre clean
• Promote responsible alcohol sales and service and comply with all local regulations

WHAT IT TAKES

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional)
• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol
