Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring a part-time, seasonal Food & Beverage Attendant to deliver exceptional guest experiences across our entertainment center. You will take orders, coordinate with lane servers and kitchen staff, and provide friendly service in a fast-paced setting.

Applicants must be at least 16 years old. Perks include free bowling and attractions, arcade play, and various family discounts. Previous hospitality experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Take and fulfill food and drink orders, liaising with lane servers and guests as needed.
• Deliver guests’ food & beverage orders and ensure accurate, swift service.
• Accurately ring up sales for Food & Beverage and help maintain a clean center.
• Promote responsible alcohol sales and comply with local regulations.

WHAT OUR FOOD & BEVERAGE ATTENDANTS DO

Our Food & Beverage Attendants/Runners take and fulfill food and drink orders (sometimes liaising with a lane server/captain, sometimes going directly to the guest) and do their part to help maintain the overall cleanliness of the center and ensure the guest experience is the absolute best it can be.

A FOOD & BEVERAGE ATTENDANT DAY-TO-DAY

• Deliver guests’ food & beverage orders
• Work with lane servers and kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared accurately and swiftly
• Learn our menu, promotions, and weekly specials and relay them to our guests
• Accurately ring sales for all Food & Beverage
• Help keep the center clean
• Promote responsible alcohol sales and service and comply with all local regulations

WHAT IT TAKES

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional)
• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

WORK ENVIRONMENT/ PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Typical entertainment and waterpark environment whereyou’llwalk, bend, and stand for extended periods, and may lift objects with someassistance.You’llwork outdoors in various weather conditions and remain highly alert throughout your shift.
