Albuquerque Embassy Suites is seeking a friendly part-time breakfast and guest services associate to help set the stage for a great guest experience. You will greet guests, keep buffet areas clean, and assist with light food prep as needed.

Qualifications

• Restaurant, customer service, or cashier experience preferred.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to obtain within 60 days)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs during your shift
• Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Prepare, present, and maintain complimentary breakfast and/or evening reception
• Keep everything clean, stocked, and guest-ready buffets, service areas, tables, and equipment
• Greet guests with a friendly, helpful attitude and handle questions or concerns quickly and professionally
• Support light food prep, restocking, bussing tables, and bar/service areas
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe, clean environment
• Monitor food quality, proper storage, and temperature standards throughout your shift
• Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly and efficiently
• Communicate key updates during shift changes to keep everyone aligned
• Follow all safety, security, and company policies, and report any issues as needed
