The Assistant Manager, Food & Beverage (F&B) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of food and beverage outlets in a high-volume, seasonal environment. This role provides hands‑on leadership, supports team development, and ensures operational excellence to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Key responsibilities include staff supervision, scheduling, inventory management, food safety compliance, and maintaining high service standards.

Job Specifications

• Starting Wage: Starting at $25.00/hr
• Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
• Shift Type: Full Time hours available
• Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
• Housing Availability: No

Job Responsibilities

• Lead by example, providing hands‑on supervision and direction to food service team members.
• Oversee daily operations in a high-volume environment, ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of staff.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure completion of all closing duties and daily operational checklists.
• Utilize company platforms for ordering, planning, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Maintain high standards of quality control for all food and beverage offerings.
• Assist in the planning and execution of catering and special events.
• Uphold a safe and compliant work environment, enforcing Food Safety and Serving It Right standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support outlet success.
