Valley Queen is seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to design, implement, and maintain automated systems that boost production efficiency, ensure food safety, and improve product quality.

The ideal candidate has hands-on automation experience in food/beverage manufacturing, including PLC programming, HMI/SCADA, panel design, and hygienic design principles, with strong regulatory knowledge.

Qualificações

• Experience designing and implementing automation projects in food manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of hygienic design and GMP/FSMA.
• Proficient with PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and robotics.
• Ability to train and support automation technicians.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute large-scale automation projects from start to finish.
• Program PLCs and develop HMI/SCADA solutions for production lines.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams.
• Ensure compliance with FDA/USDA and hygienic design standards.
• Assist with commissioning, validation, and documentation.
