Responsible for providing dining service to all guests in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner, displaying a high standard of guest services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Delivers prompt, efficient, and courteous service of food and beverages to venue guests in accordance with venue standards.
  2. Performs tasks such as taking and filling all food and drink orders and maintaining the guests' dining area in a clean and neat manner.
  3. Receives payment from food and beverage guests promptly and courteously.
  4. Adheres to established cash control policies and procedures.
  5. Utilizes point-of-sale system, quotes accurate pricing, gives correct change, and accounts for all sales.
  6. Clears and resets tables for new seating, ensuring they meet venue standards.
  7. Maintains cleanliness and stock of side stations.
  8. Answers guest questions and refers to management if needed.
  9. Monitors guest alcohol consumption and responds accordingly.
  10. Maintains professional grooming and appearance.
  11. Keeps sight lines neat and organized, sweeps or mops as necessary, and serves ice water as needed.
Additional Information

Creates a fun atmosphere for guests and promotes mutual respect, dignity, and integrity among employees.

Qualifications

High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills required. A Level 4 Gaming License is required.

Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to read and interpret documents and respond to inquiries.
  • Mathematical skills to handle transactions.
  • Reasoning ability to apply common sense reasoning.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and more than 75 pounds occasionally, and to stand and walk regularly.
  • Work environment includes moderate to loud noise levels and smoky conditions.
