Job summary

Southern HealthCare Management is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist in the preparation and service of meals for residents in a long-term care setting. You will work closely with the Food and Nutrition Manager and Cook to ensure quality meals and a compassionate dining experience.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and a friendly, team-oriented attitude. Prior food service or caregiving experience is a plus, and the role supports a positive culture and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

Experience in food service or caregiving is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to work in a team and follow standards.

Responsibilities

Assist the Food and Nutrition Manager and Cook in the preparation and service of meals for residents and patients.
Support kitchen operations with sanitation, safety, and timely meal service.
