Job summary

The Southern HealthCare Management is seeking a Dietary Aide to support the Food and Nutrition team in a long-term care and skilled nursing center in Sarasota, FL. You will assist with meal preparation and service to residents and patients, working closely with the Food and Nutrition Manager and Cook to uphold high standards of care.

This role emphasizes a caring approach, reliable availability, and teamwork in a friendly, appreciation-driven culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in food service or caregiving a plus.
