Job summary

Maclenny Nursing and Rehab Center is seeking a Dietary Aide to support the Food and Nutrition Manager and Cook in preparing and serving meals to residents in our long-term care and rehabilitation setting.

You will help maintain a caring, efficient dining service and contribute to a positive, respectful environment for residents and patients. Prior food service or caregiving experience is a plus, with a preference for a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in food service or caregiving a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Food and Nutrition Manager and Cook with food preparation and service to residents/patients.
• Support a caring approach in daily tasks and interactions.

As a Dietary Aide, you will be responsible for assisting the Food and Nutrition Manager and Cook in the preparation and service of food, to residents and patients in a long-term care and skilled nursing / rehabilitation / sub-acute care center.
