Monroe Rehabilitation Center in North Carolina is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist the Food and Nutrition Manager and Cook in the preparation and service of meals for residents and patients in our long-term care and skilled nursing/rehabilitation center.

This role emphasizes a caring approach and teamwork, supporting a positive dining experience and contributing to overall quality care for residents and patients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in food service or caregiving a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Food and Nutrition Manager and Cook in the preparation and service of meals for residents and patients.
• Support meal service in a long-term care and skilled nursing/rehabilitation/sub-acute center.
• Uphold high sanitation, safety, and quality standards in dining operations.
