Under the direction of the Assistant Manager, Food and Beverage, the Supervisor is responsible for overseeing subordinate employees, scheduling, and improving work quality and efficiency. This role involves planning, organizing, and managing employee concerns effectively.
Manage staff according to policies and laws, including hiring, training, evaluating, rewarding, disciplining, and resolving issues. Develop plans for employee growth and succession.
Work environment is primarily climate-controlled in a casino and resort setting. Must be able to travel, work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and perform physical activities such as lifting up to 40 pounds, standing, walking, and operating vehicles.
