Role Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations and staff
• Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety
• Assist with staff training and development
• Interact positively with guests, resolving issues promptly
• Control costs and manage inventory effectively
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hotel policies

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous restaurant or food and beverage supervision experience preferred
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work standing for long periods
