Role Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations
• Ensure courteous and efficient service
• Train staff and maintain standards
• Interact positively with guests and resolve issues
• Control costs and maintain inventory
• Utilize POS systems accurately
• Coordinate staff activities and support hotel policies
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous restaurant experience preferred
• Experience in Food and Beverage supervision
• Knowledge of operations, staffing, and guest relations
• Effective communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work standing for long shifts
