Job Overview

Food and Beverage Supervisor at Rand Tower, Minneapolis, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, overseeing the food and beverage operation and ensuring quality service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly meetings, relaying event information to staff.
• Communicate capabilities and programs to other departments and potential clients.
• Respond to guest needs and requests.
• Maintain and implement first‑class food, beverage and service quality standards.
• Implement effective cost controls for food, beverage and labor.
• Use inventory and product utilization systems (Micros).
• Lead by example to meet productivity standards for F&B personnel.
• Foster a comfortable and encouraging atmosphere for employees.
• Assist with hiring and training of F&B staff.
• Provide assistance to other F&B outlets as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience at a restaurant in a luxury hotel or full‑service resort.
• Knowledge of Micros.
• Ability to make quick decisions in high‑stress situations.

Compensation

Hourly rate: $19.00 – $23.00.
