You will greet guests, take orders, support servers and bussers, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area. Flexibility for holidays and weekends is required, with a positive, service-minded attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Must be able to work holidays and weekends.
• Position requires consistent activity, such as walking, bending and lifting.
• Employment may require background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and seat them in a timely, professional manner.
• Take customer orders quickly and accurately while explaining menu items.
• Assist servers and bussers on the floor as needed.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and welcoming dining area and assist with table maintenance.

Job Summary:

Food and Beverage Staffare friendly, upbeat individuals with a desire to help guests enjoy a great dining experience. This positionis responsible forensuring each guest receives a warm and sincere greeting, taking orders quickly and efficiently, thorough knowledge of the menu, seating guests inappropriate sections,anticipatingguests' needs,assistingserver and busser staff when necessary, bidding each guest a warm and sincere farewell.

Key Responsibilities:

• Energizes people and is passionate about guest service.
• Empowers him/herself to handle guest complaintsimmediately, exceed guest expectations, and informs management to ensure follow up.
• Works flexible hours, reports to work on time andcomplies withcompany dress code.
• Responds well toa strong trainingculture which will result in being coached by supervisors and managers consistently.
• Completes all other duties as assigned.
• Committed toworking inany facility and any function within his/her primary job classification.
• Thoroughly knowledgeable on menu and food preparation.
• Greets guests ina timelyand professional manner, escorts guests to tables.
• Supports servers on the floor with bussing dirty tables, cleaning floors, arranging tables, and filling water glasses.
• Thanks guests by name for their visit and invites them to return.
• Maintainsa cleanliness of foyer, including but not limited to outside-perimeter cleanliness, music types and sound levels, lighting, temperature, hourly floor cleanliness, and spot cleaning, etc.
