Legends Global in Richmond, Virginia is seeking a part-time F&B Runner to support concession operations and inventory management. The role reports to the Senior Food and Beverage Manager and requires flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities include stocking, rotating products, and maintaining clean storage areas, plus assisting with event setup/teardown and inventory recording.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of foodservice or warehouse experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bartending experience preferred.
• Ability to read, speak and understand English.

Responsabilités

• Stock and rotate products at concession locations daily using FIFO.
• Restock storage areas and concession locations with incoming deliveries.
• Keep storage areas and concession stands clean and organized.
• Handle product transfers before and during events.
• Set up and tear down portable concession locations.
• Follow directions from F&B Managers.
• Assist with monthly inventory recording.
• Maintain professional relationships with coworkers, clients and guests.
• Follow checklists and SOPs.
• Clock in wearing full uniform, timing shift starts.

POSITION: F&B Runner
DEPARTMENT: Food & Beverage
REPORTS TO: Senior Food and Beverage Manager
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt- Part Time-Hourly

Legends Global, the world's leading venue management and services company, has an and immediate opening for the position of F&B Runner in Richmond, Virginia. Under direction of the Director of Food & Beverage and/or Food and Beverage Managers, the Part Time Runner’s primary responsibilities include the following functions in accordance with Legends policies.

POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for the stocking and rotation of products at all concession locations on a daily basis. This position will also assist in receiving and storage of all products and maintenance and cleaning of foodservice equipment.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Rotates inventory practicing FIFO (first in, first out)
• Restock storage areas and concession locations with incoming product deliveries, ensuring inventory Is organized, rotated, and readily available for service
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of storage areas and concession stands
• Product transfers; pre-event and during event, ensures proper storage
• Set-up and tear-down of portable concession locations
• Follow and receive direction from Food & Beverage Managers
• Assist with recording of monthly inventory
• Maintains professional relationships with all coworkers, clients and guests.
• Follows checklists and standard operating procedures.
• Punches clock in full uniform, ready to work, no earlier than ten minutes prior to shift.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months of foodservice and/or warehouse experience is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience bartending preferred.
• Ability to handle high stress situations
• Ability to read, speak and understand English
• Clear Credit Screen required
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to stand, walk, lift and bend for long periods of time.
• Ability to communicate and execute instructions via radio (walkie talkie)
• Requires the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Compensation

In accordance with Virginia law, the hourly rate for this position is $15.00 per hour , plus tips, where applicable.
