Would you like a job where no two days are the same? Where you get to interact with guests from around the world? Where you can move from the grill, to the sandwich bar, to the cash register, and back again? At Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort, our part-time Quick Service Food & Beverage Cast Members do exactly that. You will be part of a close-knit team that depends on each other to serve our guests delicious food in an efficient manner, ensuring they make the most of their vacation time. You will also be fully trained about the resort to answer guests’ questions, share information, and provide the “Disney difference” that attracts visitors to Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort. The goal? Nobody goes hungry, and everyone leaves smiling!

Starting pay rate is $18.90 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in evolving menus at the resort’s two quick service locations, Palmetto Dunes and Tide Me Over, by communicating guest feedback to leadership.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment, taking guest orders, handling POS systems, managing cash, fulfilling orders, food prep, stocking, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Be fully trained on resort knowledge to answer guest questions, share information, and deliver the “Disney difference” with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Required Work Experience:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability for a minimum of three days per week, including one weekend day, and on national/state holidays.
• Previous cashier experience.
• Experience in quick-service or related restaurant industry.
• Attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds.
• Basic computer skills, familiarity with Google and Microsoft.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Strong communication skills in verbal and written forms.
• Proactive, resourceful, flexible, and a self-starter.
• Problem-solving skills and a desire for continuous improvement.
• Ability to speak a language other than English.
