We are seeking an enthusiastic and people-oriented Food & Beverage Manager to join Minnippi Golf & Range, overseeing operations at Cooee Cafe & Restaurant. You will lead from the front in this hands-on role, ensuring high customer service standards at Cooee. Your weekly schedule will be Thursday to Monday.

Minnippi Golf Course is a new 18-hole golf course and driving range with a recently built restaurant, located just 15 minutes from Brisbane's CBD, Queensland.

Our food philosophy emphasizes local produce, showcasing local craft beers and spirits. We are looking for the right leader to support our delivery to the local community.

Reporting to the Minnippi Golf & Range Venue Operations Manager, the successful candidate will oversee all Food & Beverage operations at Minnippi Golf Course, including hospitality services at the Restaurant, Bar, Café, function rooms, Golf Course, and Driving Range.

This pivotal role involves approximately 60% front-of-house customer service and 40% administrative duties:

  1. Front of House & Customer Service:
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards and staff accountability
  • Manage and lead staff daily
  • Support smooth day-to-day operations of the café & F&B offerings
  • Respond promptly to customer issues, providing resolutions and maintaining a positive environment
  • Train and develop staff in operational tasks, product knowledge, and menu & event details
  • Maintain F&B areas in a safe, clean, and presentable condition
