We are seeking an enthusiastic and people-oriented Food & Beverage Manager to join Minnippi Golf & Range, overseeing operations at Cooee Cafe & Restaurant. You will lead from the front in this hands-on role, ensuring high customer service standards at Cooee. Your weekly schedule will be Thursday to Monday.
Minnippi Golf Course is a new 18-hole golf course and driving range with a recently built restaurant, located just 15 minutes from Brisbane's CBD, Queensland.

Reporting to the Minnippi Golf & Range Venue Operations Manager, the successful candidate will oversee all Food & Beverage operations at Minnippi Golf Course, including hospitality services at the Restaurant, Bar, Café, function rooms, Golf Course, and Driving Range.
