Job Summary

Fuel hospitality excellence with leadership that makes a difference! As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of dining outlets, ensuring quality service and team performance. You’ll collaborate across departments, maintain Levy standards, and cultivate a guest-first atmosphere at every event.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field preferred

• 3+ years of experience in restaurant or food service management

• Strong working knowledge of service operations and guest experience strategies

• Proficiency with scheduling, inventory systems, and POS platforms

• ServSafe certification or equivalent preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front-of-house service operations for dining outlets

• Train, coach, and supervise FOH staff to deliver top-tier service

• Collaborate with culinary team to ensure seamless food delivery

• Monitor guest feedback and resolve service concerns proactively

• Oversee daily cash handling, inventory control, and compliance

• Maintain adherence to Levy service standards and safety procedures

• Coordinate staffing and labor budgets in line with event demand
