Located on 5th Avenue in downtown Seattle, this boutique hotel is situated between Pike Place Market and Union Street, surrounded by top restaurants, shopping, entertainment, museums, and attractions. The hotel features amenities such as an award-winning restaurant with an outdoor patio offering city views, approximately 28,000 sq ft of meeting space, and 319 rooms.

What will I be doing?

As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will assist in directing and organizing all hotel food and beverage outlets (restaurant, room service, etc.) and banquet operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and financial performance. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain high standards of quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits.
  • Planning and overseeing administrative functions to meet daily operational needs.
  • Implementing controls on food, beverage, and labor costs.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol standards.
  • Training, supervising, and evaluating staff to uphold high standards of service and quality.
  • Coordinating with the Catering department and other related departments for event needs.
  • Managing last-minute changes to functions efficiently.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
