The Food and Beverage Manager directs and organizes the activities of the Food & Beverage department to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality and service within the department.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year (2 preferred) experience in upper management within a full-service restaurant, 6 months (1 year preferred) hotel and banquet experience, strong administrative skills including scheduling, inventory, record keeping, and purchasing, excellent multi-tasking, time management and communication skills, open availability, and proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for supervising food servers, bartenders, and other staff regarding schedules, service standards, training, motivation, and safety. Your tasks will include:
You will also plan and direct the administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department, and implement controls for food, beverage, and labor costs.
The annual pay range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000, based on experience and location.
