The Beach House Fort Lauderdale, A Hilton Resort is looking to welcome a Food and Beverage Manager to lead the team! This stunning 374-room hotel, with three various F&B outlets, is located three miles from Las Olas Boulevard's vibrant restaurants and shops. It offers a full-service spa, multiple dining options, an outdoor pool, and private cabanas.

Ideal candidates for this role have a minimum of 1 year of hotel supervisory experience, 2 years of restaurant serving/bartending experience, and are comfortable having a floor and guest-facing presence.

Shift Pattern: Full availability and flexibility for all shifts (AM/MID/PM), including weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.

As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee the activities of the Food & Beverage department to maintain high standards of quality, service, and marketing, maximizing profits through outstanding customer service.

• Planning and directing the administration and operations of the Food & Beverage department.
• Implementing controls on food, beverage, and labor costs.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol standards.
• Ensuring high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing.
• Interviewing, training, supervising, counseling, scheduling, and evaluating staff.
