The Beach House Fort Lauderdale, A Hilton Resort is looking to welcome a Food and Beverage Manager to lead the team! This stunning 374-room hotel features three F&B outlets, is located three miles from Las Olas Boulevard's vibrant restaurants and shops, and offers a full-service spa, multiple dining options, outdoor pool, and private cabanas.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of hotel supervisory experience, 2 years of restaurant serving/bartending experience, and are comfortable with guest-facing roles and floor presence.

Shift Pattern: Full availability and flexibility for all shifts (AM/MID/PM), including weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.

As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee the activities of the Food & Beverage department to uphold high standards of quality, service, and marketing, maximizing profits through excellent customer service.

• Plan and organize departmental functions to meet daily operational needs.
• Implement controls for food, beverage, and labor costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol standards.
• Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing.
• Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule, and evaluate staff.
