Job Summary The Nine Golf is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage and Facility Operations Manager to oversee our food and beverage services and manage the operations of our indoor golf facility. In this role, you will be responsible for F&B management, inventory control, menu planning, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across all service areas. Responsibilities

Oversee all food and beverage (F&B) operations to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction

Manage inventory and stock for both F&B and the screen golf facility

Develop and update menu offerings in collaboration with kitchen staff

Supervise daily operations of the indoor golf facility to ensure smooth service flow

Lead and train staff across F&B and golf service areas

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Coordinate work schedules and manage staffing levels

Monitor product freshness and manage expiration dates

Prepare and deliver sales, cost, and productivity reports to senior management

Optimize customer experience and drive revenue growth across departments

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in food & beverage operations or hospitality management

Proven ability in inventory control and team leadership

Familiarity with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic operational software

ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification preferred

Strong customer service and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure

Available to work on weekends and holidays

High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred)
